When welding without Spatter Guard...
The inevitable hot weld spatter sticks to the workpiece and creates many problems:
- Sticking spatter pits and damages the workpiece.
- Removal of the spatter with a wire brush, a grinding wheel or chisel cost extra time and money
- Any spatter not removed will cause early corrosion.
By applying Spatter Guard weld spatter release before welding, the problems of sticking weld spatter are eliminated - guaranteed

- Clear, thin film of Spatter Guard acts as a barrier between spatter and workpiece or equipment.
- The thin film absorbs the heat contained in the molten metal. This way, the spatter cools to the point that it can no longer stick to the metal surface.
