I thought the asker could not catch the phrase "ordu kurmak" since there is an indirect object or adverb (sizinle birlikte) going between the words "ordusunu" and "kurmuş".
So I still think the phrase she needs to use here is "assemble an army"

Question is flawed These three words do not form a natural phrase of any kind so this question is meaningless.

agree Erkan Dogan : İsmet Paşa is a friend of ours who assembled the Anatolian army with you - assemble is the word of course, but we need tho see more to be precise with the translation.
