Job description:
Dear Linguist,

I hope you are having a fine day!

We are looking for Korean native speakers with good English knowledge for an upcoming project connected to evaluation of Korean LLM generated text. A Large Language Model (LLM) is a computer program that learns and generates human-like language using a transformer architecture trained on vast text data. Please see the details below and let me know if you would be available for this project type.

Project setup:
• Language: English <> Korean
• Task: LLM output evaluation
• Volume: TBA
• Preferable 4 - 8 hours per day commitment per linguist (can be less)
• Tool: TBA

Background Context:
We are seeking qualified personnel and versatile individuals to assist with Large Language Model (LLM) training and QA. The ideal candidate should possess good language proficiency, cultural awareness, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Details about the role:
Tasks can include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Rank LLM prompt-answer pairs (using a defined quality framework).
• Conduct research, when required, to develop writing/prompt ideas
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain knowledge of domain-specific terminology and stay up-to-date with language and cultural trends.
• Audit high priority content, based on project requirements.

Requirements
● You have fluency in Korean (must be native level) and English
● You are able to work independently without management oversight
● You are able to follow and adhere to instructions for tasks – on time and with attention to detail
● You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the source and target
language.
● You have strong cultural awareness and understanding of language nuances to convey meaning
accurately.
● You are proficient in using translation software and other relevant tools.
● You have good organizational and time management skills.
● You are familiar with industry-specific terminology and subject matter expertise is a plus.
● You need to have your own computer and functioning internet
