En un informe de un abogado que examina un caso para el demandado. Se habla de la asistencia y cuidados que debe recibir la demandante. Se dice que hay un informe de una experta en asistencia que propuso una indemnización más elevada:
"Clearly this is a vast discrepancy and it arises out of Ms. X assessment of the number of hours of supervision provided by the claimant's daughter. Unfortunately, notwithstanding the earlier Schedule, I suspect that a court will NOT hold the Claimant to her initial figures. After all, Ms. X interviewed the Claimant and it will be said that the Claimant's solicitors must have asked the wrong questions or that the Claimant simply understated the position".
