Background:
Current context
-Our hiring process is integral to building a great organization
- Hiring numbers have increased substantially across all roles
Challenges
- Limited pool of trained interviewers
- Lack of understanding of the process/format
Key Issues
- Compromises to the hiring experience
- Risk to make incorrect decisions around candidates
Outcome for XXX
- Tips to maximize the **candidate experience**
- Educate you on the Competency Based Interview Format
- Increase the qualified pool of interviewers
- Increase consistency & objectivity in our hiring process
Outcome for you
- Understand the Competency Based Interview Process in detail
- Increase interviewing effectiveness and comfort level
- Understand areas of improvement in your interview style
