If one is to stick strictly to a teenage slang, it would be possible to use just a croatified version of the English expression, thus "dedžankat". Please note though that such a word (dedžankat) is strictly a slang, and does not enter as a part of the official Croatian language. Moreover it will not be understandable to a large part of the Croatian speakers, so please put an explanation of the meaning in a footnote, if you would be about to use it in your translations.
