English term

me-too-istic

English to Portuguese Marketing Advertising / Public Relations
Is this event one that the competition has previously sponsored, and therefore is there a risk of being perceived as “me-too-istic” and confusing the target audience as to the sponsor’s identity?

Discussion

Marlene Curtis Jan 6, 2008:
Susanne Rindlisbacher Jan 6, 2008:
Great solution!
Bjs e feliz 2008!

disagree Susanne Rindlisbacher : But then, the writer of this text could easily have used the much more common "plagiaristic". Why not try for a more literal translation?

This was a post-grade "disagree". How would you translate "me-too-istic" literally? Eu-também-ista?
