Without prejudice to any other right, which the Licensor may have, the Licensor shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement, without liability, according to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code:

d) if the Licensee shall make any ASSIGNMENT for the benefit of creditors, or if a petition is presented or an order made or a resolution passed or analogous proceedings are taken for winding up or bankruptcy of the Licensee or any of its proprietors, or if the Licensee shall file a voluntary petition in bankruptcy, or be adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent, or if any receiver is appointed for its business or property, or if any trustee in bankruptcy or insolvency shall be appointed for the Licensee;
