tax allowance for profit reinvestment
this is a profit tax allowance, for putting the profits into the equity, instead of taking the money out of the company - I am not sure how this would be the best in English, though: Begünstigung = preferential treatment, Eigenkapital = equity, but the preferential treatment of equity in only implied under this scheme. Perhaps somebody can find a better formulation...
