German to English Tech/Engineering Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs DIN certification

The source text concerns DIN 18 089, which covers fillers for fire doors.
Under Paragraph 6, "Test certificate" it says in German:
"Das Prüfzeugnis muss unter Hinweis auf diese Norm enthalten:
a) Vermerk über amtliche Entnahme mit Entnahmedatum.

Entnahme is usually translated as withdrawal, removal or extraction.
None of those translations fit the context, IMO. --> Was wird entnommen??"

I think this may be an old-fashioned way of saying that the corresponding authority has carried out the test.

What is your opinion?
