I know there are pages of glossary entries on this one, but I did not seem to have come across the one I need in this context (probably because I don't quite understand its meaning here)
Danach wir der erhaltene Extrakt abgeseiht, mit 10%iger waessriger Ammoniumsulfatloesung behandelt, abgesetzt, dann die Ammoniumsulfatloesung durch Dialyse gegenueber keimfreier Kochsalzloesung restlos so entfernt, dass sich die Menge des Extraktes nicht aendert.

is what I think this is, but without knowing exactly what is being done, it's difficulat to be certain. BTW, I assume it should have been "Danach wir*D* der..."?
