Military Terminology
From a Swiss Army work reference
Verantwortlich im abgesessenen Einsatz (der Füsiliere) für die gefechtstechnisch angepasste Verschiebung des Rad Spz 93.
From my previous post I know this is referring to the action of the armoured fighting vehicle during dismounted deployment of infantry. But what precisely does angepasste Verschiebung mean here? Is it something to do with giving covering fire during action?

: Wouldn't you say "strategic" is on a much higher level? This is on the level of an infantry squad.

combat-ready deployment
Verschiebung usually means repositioning or redeploying soldiers, but here it seems to refer to getting the vehicle ready for combat.
gefechtstechnisch angepasste Verschiebung - combat-ready deployment
Responsible for having riflemen get the wheeled armoured fighting vehicle ready for combat deployment

Actually, strategic sounds good for 'angepasste'.
