The Day of the Car Guard/The Day of the "Car Valet"
A car guard is an informally employed person in charge of finding parking spots for cars and ensuring the safety of those cars until their owners return. These self-employed individuals often charge a nominal fee. They may euphemistically be called parking assistants, parking attendants or car valets.

I hope nobody throws a knipschen over the legal definition of car guard, whether they are self-employed or in the employ of the car owner. This is irrelevant to the movie title.

Note from asker:

: "Car park" is British or Australian English, which in AmE would be simply "parking" - "parking attendant" or "parking lot attendant.'

Day of the Warden.
I agree with MacroJanus about the "Day of the..." format. Traffic wardens, car park wardens etc. are uniformed staff responsible for preventing unauthorized parking.
As your title does not specify what sort of "охранник", I don't think it needs to be specified in English.
"Warden" is UK English. Not sure about US English, it might be "Warder" (which in UK is only used for prison warders).

The day of those who protect out cars, car security personnel day
Like the day of those who protect our homeland—inspired by that holiday most likely.
1 day 15 hrs
Security Day
Discussion
The profession of "car guard" is endemic in South Africa. Here are two South-Africans trying to transplant the custom to the USA:
