I think that's just the name.
Si cuentas con el plan Multiauto Full ya el servicio está incluido, en cambio si tienes el plan Multiauto Standard y Multiauto Básico, con sólo hacer el pago por el servicio de auxilio mecánico puedes tener la cobertura.

I wouldn't translate Multiauto Básico, as I think it's the name given to that particular type of insurance (I've only found it in capitals), like MultiCar insurance/policies, for example, (capitals when it's a name and lowercase "multicar..." when it refers to multiple types of cars)
