Good adherence to treatment
Yo optaría por algo así para resumir la totalidad de la frase.
A tener en cuenta la diferencia entre "adherence" y "compliance":

Medical adherence is exactly what it sounds like, how well a patient “adheres” to a doctor’s orders. This is an action that the patient takes regarding their medication like filling/refilling their prescription, the dosage recommendations, following the correct schedule and fulfilling the period of time that is needed for effective treatment.
Medical Compliance is a more passive action that involves the patient following the treatment program and taking their medicine routinely. Complying with orders is simply following them correctly, attempting to make lifestyle or diet changes and utilizing the right medical devices or physical therapy at home.

: veo protocolos clínicos a diario y "adherent" no es lo que usan los nativos/medical writers. Saludos.

I understand Compliance as a passive behaviour, Adherence is a more proactive behaviour of the Patient

: I find 130.000 (completely unnatural?) occurrences of "adherent patients" on Google. If the noun, adherence, is common, why should the adjective be completely off track?

complies with his/her/the treatment OR is therapy/treatment COMPLIANT/shows compliance
Lo veo a diario en los protocolos clínicos.
Si sabes que es hombre o mujer puedes perfectamente usar
"complies with his/her therapy/treatment"
"He/she shows therapy/treatment compliance"
Y en versión tercera persona / indefinido:
The patient is therapy/treatment compliant
The patient complies with the therapy/treatment
The patient shows therapy/treatment compliance
E incluso "the patient shows GOOD therapy/treatment compliance", porque en español dice que sí está cumpliendo con el tratamiento.
