Hi everyone,
Does this mean 'call me/draw me to'?
وقفتُ والريح الباردة تنقل أوراق ما تبقّى من أشجار تلفّني على عتبات القصر.
So the movement of the leaves is what drew him to the palace? I know this verb usually means to wrap/wind, but the على is what is confusing me here.
