German to English Bus/Financial Computers (general) Service level agreement
"Bei erforderlichem Vor-Ort-Einsatz muss ein Servicemitarbeiter auf 2 Stunden genau (z.B. zwischen 13:00 und 15:00 Uhr) vor Ort sein (Terminpräzisierung)."

How would this be phrased in English. The example in the brackets makes me wonder -> "within two hours exactly" does not seem to fit in that instance.

Any ideas welcome (with refers if possible).
