Can you confirm, as this text strongly implies, that the former would be log-on and the second the handshake procedure?
I can't trust this text, in which access authorisation is given as Berechtung [sic]...

Don't think so...
I don't think Anbindung can mean logon. Connection (physical oder logical), interfacing, or yes. But not logon - it's just not what Anbindung means. I'd be pretty surprised to see Anbindung being used to logon.
As for Abgleich, in an EDP context it offen means synchronisation (or matching, as Kenneth said). Handshaking procedure sounds a little far-fetched to me, but I wouldn't rule it out as strictly as logon for Anbindung.

If the three terms appear in one sentence or close to another, I\'d be tempted to think your text is about databases.

: Na, da sieht man endlich mal, wie du aussiehst. Ja, ohne mehr Kontext bleibt wirklich alles Spekulation.

Ja, und Zugangsberechtigung ist access authorization.
Dennoch, wie gesagt, mehr Kontext

As noted, more context is really necessary, expecially if the terms are being used in a non-standard way.
Anbindung normally means 'connection' (logon is usually 'Anmeldung'), and Abgleich means comparison or matching.
At a guess, your text might have something to do with whether or not a connection can be (is allowed to be) estabished, depending on whether certain data elements or access privileges (authorisations) match.

Discussion
Not to worry - I sent it off with the above (and of course, Berechtung [sic] as authorisation). We'll see.
Thanks.
