German term

Musterrecht

German to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright Patents
I've looked all over and I can't find the English equivalent for this one.

Aufstellung aller eigenen Marken-, Patent-, Muster- und Urheberrechte samt geeigneten Nachweisen

Marken , Patent and Urheberrechte are all clear, it's the Muster I can't figure out. Thanks for your help!

i.e. I have no ready references, it just popped back into my head -- but a quick look on Google and the peer agreements (for which I'm grateful) suggest that it's ok

See what the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property says about designs:

Your text is indicating different categories of rights. Utility models are akin to patents (thus the term "petty patent" by which they are sometimes referred to), so do not constitute a separate category in this context. Design rights, on the other hand, are a different type of right, as explained in the wikipedia article.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Edith Kelly : not in the above context

I beg to differ.
agree Rebecca Garber : I'm with Brie. The list is covering all possibilities, and the patent rights would cover the utility model rights: why the doubling. Design rights are different, and sometimes quite valuable.
