action theoretical
"In the learning-theoretical (lerntheoretisch) didactic it stays indistinct what learning is, in the education-theoretical (bildungstheoretisch) didactic it is open what education/formation (Bildung) is, and in the action-theoretical (handlungstheoretisch) didactic it is unclear why we act. The general didactic was and is predominately formal-didactic (Formaldidaktik)."
"Actions can best be understood in the context in which they develop. Action theory, or the theory of goal-directed action, represents a developmental systems theory to explain actions in terms of goals."

German term (edited):
Die handlungstheoretischen Ablaufpläne...
The theoretical courses of action.......
Usually these double-barrelled words do not have a simple translation, but another way needs to be found to convey the idea.
Discussion
it's an article on health management and what follows after the half-sentence I quoted is a list of actions/measures to be taken in order to properly integrate health management in organisations/the workplace...
Readership: those interested in health management - it's an article in a book on the matter; but is rather an academic/scientifically versed readership...
thx
