Yes, Florian it seems that all PhD dissertations must be translated - not just the title. I do that for a learning living. IF the thesis deals with the psychological aspects/advantages/need for such a facility/program, then 'design' is not appropriate. Context is SO VERY important!

Thank you all As I already mentioned, I am a professional translator for spanish and german and the question asked is to help my brother translating the title of his master Thesis in University. The Thesis itself is written in german, however, he must translate the title. Strange thins going on in german universities ... ;.)

Guten Morgen Florian Kannst Du bitte den ganzen Satz und etwas Kontext eingeben? Mental disabilities could be offensive! Mentally challenged/with cognitive challenges is safer, but who knows without some context?
