When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

A Touch of Bliss
I think the ワクワク気分 that you are referring to isn't so much excitement as it is happiness. When you make something neat or discover a cool little doodad in a thrift shop, you feel a happy kind of excitement.
Bliss is a state of extreme happiness, but by using "a touch of bliss" you are implying that all of these little things are contributing to a blissful life, little by little. I think it fits the overall theme of your posts and the atmosphere of the blog, and I think it would be much easier to tie into your subtitle than something more along the lines of "excitement."

The blog is named ちょっとワクワク気分.
In fact we have been discussing what would be the best English title for the blog, but could not come out with any good English translation.
Maybe it should not be translation, but like a catch copy.
