The ER may have been busy with COVID 19 crisis and this is unacceptable to have treated someone in this fashion. She may have been Hungarian but she is still a human being and should have been treated with respect and patience. If she wasn't sick she would not have been in the ER in the first place. I have seen this on a daily basis where ER doctors and nurses do not have patience with patients in the ER. Even the admitting people up front have no patience. Some are done right rude. The same... The same way that it was hectic for them in the ER it was difficult for the interpreter to hear due to noise and mask issues.
