The only feedback I need from a client is getting repeat work and this comes always by email…

If I ever do get feedback from my clients, I am always grateful, whether it's negative or positive. However, I don't usually solicit or collect it.

Collect vs solicit Apr 13

I would never ask for feedback as I think it’s tacky, distasteful, unprofessional and beneath me, but I do keep positive feedback in a folder ready for the website I never quite get around to making.
