Since modern legal systems are usually depressing and display a progressive kafkafication tendency in terminology (not unlike in everything else), I'm in favour of employing some cool, down-to-earth keep-it-real legal terminology, such as Moo Law. This is in addition to my previous postulate to have, 'shall be prohibited under this [insert generic reference],' replaced with, 'ain't gonna fly hereunder.' We gotta smile some more.
