I interpret \"undisguised disgust\" as an active behavior, where the disgusted person makes no effort to disguise his/her disgust but rather wants it to be quite apparent.
\"Evidente\", \"patente\" o \"manifiesto\", as some of my colleagues suggest, strikes me as a passive behavior. The disgust could still be evidente, manifiesto o patente, even when the person attempts to disguise it.
On the other hand, \"sin disimular su disgusto\" is a conscious effort to make the other person aware of your comtempt.
