I have worked in the
customer service industry in different settings for over 20 years. i started working as an interpreter right after 9/11 and have been doing this work in different settings since.  I'm really
passionate about my job and what I do, I'm really organized and detailed
oriented, I strive for results making sure things get done right and everyone
is happy about the outcome of the interaction.
