Cannot unistall

Hi,

In Windows 10 i cannot uninstall a programe. It says 'unistall' but it just opens 'Programs and applications' of Windows system. There, the programe in question is not even shown on the list!
HELP

How do you expect anybody would be able to help you if the whole info provided is limited with 'Windows 10' and 'a program'? This does not look serious.

OK, i admit. It is a PC game from pirate source. There you have it.
