Does somebody understand what Vlera means here? Could the faculty be paid for receiving the document? (Not this time, no amount in the box)

We put the converted GPA next to the word:Value. We put nothing next to this word if the new student comes from the same system.

The fee or the charge is never, ever put in any of the documents. Everything about money is handled by the finance office. You get a receipt if you pay.
